Lee has extensive experience in Motor Retailing, having started selling cars at the age of 16. In his successful career of over 34 years, he held management positions in the roles of General Sales Manager, General Manager and Brand Director which he achieved by the age of 42.

During this time he has enjoyed working with a number of brands including 15 years with Peugeot, 4 years with Volkswagen, 7 years with Hyundai and 8 years with Skoda, where, in addition to achieving Skoda Retailer of the Year for Marketing, Finance and Used Cars, he became Chairman of the Skoda Brand Development Group for Sales & Marketing and Vice Chairman of the National Brand Development Group working with both Retailer Network and Skoda UK Senior Management Team.
